Terms of Service

Last updated: June 5, 2026

These Terms of Service govern your use of dendrobundle (dendrobundle.com) and are an agreement between you and the operator of this service. By creating an account or using the API you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the service.

1. Eligibility and acceptance

You must be at least 16 years old and capable of forming a binding contract under applicable law. If you are using the service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these terms.

2. Accounts and API tokens

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and all API tokens generated under your account. API tokens carry the same privileges as your account and should be treated as secrets — do not commit them to source control or expose them in client-side code.

You agree to notify us immediately at me@tomfordweb.net if you believe your account or any token has been compromised. dendrobundle is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorized access caused by your failure to protect your credentials.

3. Plans and billing

  • Community plan — free forever. Includes limited snapshot history, rate-limited snapshot uploads, and core dashboard features.
  • Developer plan — $20 / month. Includes unlimited history, data export, and priority email alerts. Billed monthly in advance.

Prices are in US dollars and exclude applicable taxes. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice. Continued use after the notice period constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.

Subscriptions renew automatically. You may cancel at any time from your account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and you will not receive a prorated refund for unused time.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Push data belonging to a third party's codebase without the authorization of the owner.
  • Deliberately send malformed, excessively large, or abusive payloads to /api/push or any other endpoint.
  • Attempt to circumvent rate limits, plan quotas, or access controls.
  • Use the service in any manner that violates applicable law or regulation.
  • Resell or sublicense access to the service without our written permission.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this policy with or without notice depending on the severity of the violation.

5. Your content

All data you push to dendrobundle — project names, commit metadata, bundle-size measurements, file paths, and module names — remains your property.

You grant dendrobundle a limited, non-exclusive license to store, process, and display your content solely to operate the service for your account. We will not:

  • Sell or transfer your content to third parties.
  • Use your content to train machine-learning or AI models.
  • Share your content with other users or organizations.

6. Disclaimer of warranties

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or uninterrupted availability. We do not warrant that the service will be error-free or that data will not be lost.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, dendrobundle's total liability for any claim arising from or related to these terms or the service will not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim or (b) US $50. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

8. Termination

You may close your account at any time from your account settings. Account deletion permanently removes all associated project data.

We may suspend or terminate accounts for violation of these terms, for extended inactivity on free plans, or if required by law. We will provide reasonable notice where practicable.

9. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Texas, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.

10. Changes to these terms

We may revise these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page marks the most recent revision. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
